Amalia Alarcon Morris, she/her, is a Latina DEI practitioner living in the Republic of Panama. She started her career in social justice and health equity and moved into racial equity in US local governments. Dr. Valaida Wise
Dr. Valaida Wise is a faculty member in the Graduate School of Education at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD where she teaches diversity, equity, inclusion and issues of social justice as well as research and assessment. Dr. Wise is a sought-after public speaker and has lectured nationally and internationally, most recently on the topics of governance, leadership, diversity, equity and inclusion. A qualitative researcher, Dr. Wise has written articles on DEI in leadership, early childhood education and equity in education.
Rich Schaeff has been working in the field of Organizational Change for more than 30 years, more specifically in the realm of DEI since 2017.
